To the biggest subsidiaries belongs the Waagner-Biro Gulf with their subsidiary Waagner-Biro Qatar, Waagner-Biro Indonesia and Waagner-Biro Philippines. The Waagner-Biro Stahlbau AG belongs anon to the Holding of the Waagner-Biro group that still includes two further company divisions beside Waagner-Biro Stahlbau AG; Waagner-Biro Stage system and the British Qualter, Hall & Co Ltd.
