During the last decades Waagner Biro has established the Infrastructure Division as a reliable partner in the GCC region. Waagner Biro meets the demands of the main economic focuses in this region, i.e. land reclamation and infrastructure for supply and disposal. The marine and coastal engineering teams are successful in the construction of marinas and activities in the field of marine works. This portfolio is completed by providing the customers with state-of-the-art expertise in the field of environment technology.

Austria
Waagner Biro's service and maintenance departments help their costumers extend the life of steel structures by erection and maintenance services in the fields of steel engineering, hydraulic steel engineering, bridge construction, stage equipment and façade construction.

The Service and Maintenance division is still in the fledgling stages. Service works on older facilities are now complemented by maintenance contracts in the Steel and Glass Engineering segment. Waagner Biro Stahlbau intends to steadily expand its successful Austrian operations in line with the increasing number of finished projects.
