The „Super Silent” Winch is equipped with the following components: three phase asynchronous motor with duty type according to the customer’s requirements, double brake, special gear, gear limit switch, encoder, load measuring bolt in SIL-3 design, slack rope guard and overwinding guard, solid borne sound insulation and rope drum (diameter is adapted to the requirements, preferably 318.3 mm). Lifting heights, load values and lifting speeds are adapted to the customers’ requirements. Design and components meet the high demands of BGV C1.

The „Super Silent” Winch is an extremely silent and reliable stage winch requiring little maintenance. It excels by simple and well-thought-out design which can be individually adapted to all the customer’s needs. In order to ensure optimum performance for use as stage machinery Waagner Biro specially developed all main components in cooperation with renowned partners.
