  • description

The Albion Wharf development is in an exceptional location on the banks of the River Thames in Battersea facing Cheyne Walk in Chelsea. The project is a prestigious contemporary development of luxury apartments, penthouses, and offices. It also contains underground parking, an independent leisure centre, retail space, and restaurants in a grand setting facing the river. The roof, designed and built by Waagner Biro in collaboration with Foster + Partners, consists of a galvanized steel structure with a Kalzip roof cladding. The roof geometry is extremely complex, curving simultaneously in three directions, creating a significant challenge for the structural design and construction.
